POLICY FOR BOUBOUTTE SPICE LLC CATERING

  1. Booking and Confirmation
    By accessing and using the services provided by Bouboutte Spice LLC, including but not limited to purchasing products, you agree to abide by these Terms and Policies. Bouboutte Spice LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  2. Menu Selection and Customization

    Clients can choose from our standard catering menus or request customized menus to suit their preferences and dietary requirements. Menu selections and any special dietary considerations must be confirmed [7] days before the event.

  3. Guest Count

    The final guest count must be provided to Bouboutte Spice LLC no later than [30] days before the event.

    The final invoice will be adjusted based on the confirmed guest count.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made [30] days or more before the event will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

    Cancellations made within [60] days of the event will result in the full payment of the agreed-upon catering services.

  5. Changes to Event Details

    Any changes to the event details, including guest count and menu selections, must be communicated to Bouboutte Spice LLC at least [15] days before the event.

  6. Payment Terms

    Payments: 50% is due 30 days prior to the event and final payment is due 15 days before the event can be made via [accepted venmo Zelle]. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  7. Set-Up and Venue Access

    Bouboutte Spice LLC requires access to the event venue [24) hours before the scheduled service time for set-up.

    Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon time.

  8. Service Time

    The agreed-upon service time is specified in the catering agreement.

    Additional service time may incur extra charges.

  9. Food Safety

    Bouboutte Spice LLC adheres to strict food safety standards.

    Leftover food remains the property of Bouboutte Spice LLC and cannot be taken off-site.

  10. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

    Bouboutte Spice LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  11. Damages


    Clients are responsible for any damages to Bouboutte Spice LLC’s equipment or property caused by guests or event attendees.

    By booking catering services with Bouboutte Spice LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these catering policies.
